Background
The client operates a large, multi-use private club with extensive grounds, year-round operations, and a calendar that includes high-profile events. Like many private institutions, the club balances accessibility and hospitality with its duty of care to members, employees, and guests.
In response to evolving external conditions and increased scrutiny facing community-associated organizations, the Board of Directors sought an independent, third-party assessment. The objective was to confirm that existing security measures were appropriate and defensible, and to understand how the security posture could be strengthened during periods of elevated risk to its members and events without altering the club’s character or member experience.
